Ann Boothby, MS on a solid academic and professional leadership foundation.
Academic Foundation
Marlin's formal education is formidable:
- a bachelor degree in business administration from Sojourner-Douglass College;
- a masters degree in business science from Johns Hopkins University;
- a bachelor degree in federal contract law and acquisition management from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), to provide a credible service model in federal contracting and acquisition management
- and a master degree in federal contracting and acquisition management from American Graduate University (AGU).
Professional Experience
BFC's leadership has served as a federal GS-1102 contracting professional for the Department of Defense,
the U.S. Navy negotiating and awarding multi-million dollar international contracts,
and the Department of Justice.
BFC's leadership has served as
an advocate for small businesses from Washington, DC to Indianapolis,
Indiana and has provided Small Business Supplier Diversity support to federal Prime Contractors to meet
their subcontracting socioeconomic goals.
