Big Fish Consulting — "minnows to marlins" (BFC) is a company that delivers "cradle-to-grave" federal contract administration and acquisition management advisory support services. We guide companies from the federal registration; certification; request of proposal solicitation - through contract performance -  to the contract closeout phase. Our firm operates primarily under the federal NAIC code 541611.

We provide advisory support to mitigate risk for clients as they maneuver through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) maze of doing business with the federal government's contracting and acquisition management agencies.

BFC joins your team as your Corporate Contracts Administrator & Government Liaison (CCAGL). You receive contract administration support without the additional overhead cost. BFC's leadership has served as a federal GS-1102 contracting professional for the Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy negotiating and awarding multi-million dollar international contracts, and the Department of Justice. 

BFC's leadership has served as an advocate for small businesses from Washington, DC to Indianapolis, Indiana and has provided Small Business Supplier Diversity support to federal Prime Contractors to meet their subcontracting socioeconomic goals.
